Thanks to continuous and intensive investment, we have one of the largest and most advanced collections of machinery in Europe today. Our total production capacity in Horsens and Vadum is approx. 570 million A4 pages per day, and our machinery ranges from 16-80 page heatset printers to sheet-fed printers. This allows us to meet the highest demands, both in terms of quality and short production times.
The combination of sheet-fed and heatset printing also offers endless options for varying paper type, format and the number of pages – we provide a solution matched to your needs.

Having all our services in-house enables us to streamline and prioritise in relation to current customer needs. This means that you are able to make last-minute changes via Stibo ePrint without compromising your deadline.
Quality and security
Our in-house procedures focus exclusively on achieving a high and uniform production quality. We print in accordance with the ISO 12647 standard, using traditional, stochastic and Sublima screen printing. Our prepress is optimised for the given layout and paper quality. We also use the Closed Loop Colour System, which ensures a uniform ink level throughout the entire print process – and from production to production.
Our own service department carries out preventive maintenance of all production units at regular intervals. This ensures optimum reliability without production stops and delays for our customers.
